Jhajjar: On a day when Haryana traffic police was distributing roses and chocolates for traffic violations an unimaginable clash happened. A youth travelling without helmet was caught by his own wife, who is herself a cop.
The woman didn’t let her relationship with the violator come in any way of her duty and gave a rose and a chocolate to her husband. She also told him that in case he gets caught without the helmet next time, he’d receive a challan the next time.
Ankit, husband of Saroj, smilingly accepted the wrongdoing. And following the incident all the co-workers of Saroj praised her for the righteous behavior.
As per instructions by Pankaj Nain and Additional Police Superintendent Shashank Kumar Sawan, the team has been requesting everyone passing on the street to follow the Road Safety rules.
Earlier, Gurugram Taffic Police & Road Safety Organisation had carried out a drive in which cops distributed roses to violators of rules such as driving without helmets and seatbelts.
