To prevent the spread of Coronavirus infection, food delivery service Zomato introduced the Zomato contactless delivery option. This option is being rolled out for the iPhone’s Zomato app, which can be updated from the App Store.
What is this Contactless Delivery Option?
– This method is very easy. First of all, the user orders food from any restaurant through the Zomato app.
– After this, the user has to select the contactless delivery option.
– After the order, the delivery executive will follow the order and then place the food packet at a clean place (table or platform) outside the door of your house. After this, clicking his photo will send you.

Keep in mind that this contactless delivery option is only for prepaid orders and not for ‘Pay on delivery’.
Zomato’s initiative is to promote social distancing so that there is no interaction between the delivery boy and the customer. This new service of Zomato is available for all restaurants that are offering food delivery service through this platform.
