Serious negligence is being observed with corona suspicious and positive patients in Indore city. A corona suspect admitted to the MRTB hospital was not reported, he was sent home. The next day the report came positive.

The young man repeatedly called the officers and asked where he has to get admitted, but he did not get the reply even till evening.

He was with parents and wife and children for 24 hours. This has also created a risk of them being infected. The 41-year-old young man, Chandmari, had severe chest pains between April 3 and 4. He went to the MRTB hospital from where he was given two days of medicine.

Even after that, he did not get relief, he got himself tested at the TB and chest department. There were samples expressing apprehension of corona and he was admitted to the hospital. When the report was not received by April 11, the hospital management advised him to go home.

On April 12, he was called by MRTB Hospital’s Dr Priyanka who told him that he is tested positive. He was told that he would not go anywhere, to be away from the housekeepers, we are sending ambulances.

For an hour, the young man was terrified and sat outside his house waiting for an ambulance. In the meantime, the team arrived at the Municipal corporation and sprayed the medicine from the machine. The people in the vicinity were also terrified. The young man sat outside the house for two hours waiting for the ambulance.

When the ambulance did not come, he called back but did not get help. He was given the hospital management to advise himself to go to the Aurobindo hospital. The young man went from the bike to the Aurobindo hospital. When he reached a little farther, he got the call and was asked to be admitted to the Index Medical College. It was also advised to go there by showing his paper.

The young man came back home and asked for the information of the index Medical College from a medical college officer, and he got the answer that you should find out yourself.

He did not receive help till 4 o’clock in the evening then the young man reached the MRTB hospital with his own bike. There he was stirred up when he was aware of his positive arrival. He was taken to a separate room.

The employees briefed the Superintendent ps Thakur of the M. Y Hospital. Thereafter, the 108 ambulance admitted him to the index Medical College.
