South Africa’s seasoned wicketkeeper-batsman Quinton de Kock has decided to come out of one-day international retirement and join the national white-ball squads for their forthcoming tour of Pakistan. However, Test captain Temba Bavuma will be absent from the Test series due to a calf strain.
The Proteas are set to defend their ICC World Test Championship Mace in a two-match series in Pakistan beginning October 12.
