Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh tied the knot in November 2018 at Lake Como in Italy. Following the wedding ceremonies, they also held receptions in Mumbai and Bangalore. Since their wedding, Ranveer and Deepika’s honeymoon plans have been unknown. Deepika, in an interview also stated how it was Ranveer’s film Simmba that was a priority first, and their honeymoon would be special as it will be a combination of everything including New Year celebrations, the success of Simmba, and her birthday as well.
The couple was spotted at the airport late in the night as they now head to their honeymoon. Both of them were all smiles as the shutterbugs clicked their pictures. They were twinning in black, and while Deepika wore what looks like a layered skirt, tucked in her top and paired it with black boots, Ranveer looked dapper in black pants, a plain t-shirt, and a biker leather jacket. Both of them accessorized their ensemble with a pair of black sunglasses.

Ranveer’s film Simmba release on December 28, 2018, and it has already been touted a blockbuster with rave reviews and great word of mouth. The film is indeed a complete entertainer, and Ranveer while talking about the success of Simmba stated how all credit goes for Rohit Shetty (sir) for creating a complete package. Deepika, on the other hand, will be next seen in Meghna Gulzar’s Chhapaak, and it will co-star Vikrant Massey. The film will be going on floors in March 2019.
