Hyderabad: IdontWantDowry – a matrimonial website for the people who oppose dowry system, was hacked by unknown cyber-offenders.
Satya Naresh, the founder of www.IdontWantDowry.com, filed a complaint about the hack at the Hyderabad Cyber Crime Police station. According to him the company is in the process of recovering the matrimony portal which may take a couple of weeks.
“We regret the inconvenience caused to all our members and request to stay for the updates,” a press note by the company read as reported by Telangana Today.
The website launched in 2006 has more than 10,000 members registered on.
