Bollywood filmmaker Sanjay Leela Bhansali has tested positive for the novel coronavirus on Tuesday. Alia Bhatt and the filmmaker was working on their upcoming film ‘Gangubai Kathiawadi’. Bhatt is in quarantine now.
Sanjay Leela Bhansali tests COVID-19 positive:
A source confirmed the same to The Indian Express. The source said , “SLB has tested positive for Covid-19, and he is under self quarantine, Alia too has quarantined herself since SLB and Ranbir both have tested positive. Everybody who has come in contact with Sanjay have taken the test.”
Ranbir Kapoor tests COVID-19 positive:
Earlier today, Ranbir Kapoor has tested positive for COVID-19. The actor’s mother Neetu Kapoor confirmed the news on social media.
“Thank you for your concern and your good wishes. Ranbir has tested positive for Covid-19. He is on medication and recovering well. He is in self quarantine at home and following all precautions,” Neetu Kapoor wrote on Instagram.

In December 2020, Neetu Kapoor had also tested positive for COVID-19 when she was shooting for Jug Jugg Jeeyo in Chandigarh.
“Earlier this week, I tested positive for COVID-19. All safety measures are being followed and I am thankful to the authorities for all their help and quick response. I am in self-quarantine, taking medication on my doctor’s advice and feeling better. I am so grateful for all your love and support. Please stay safe, wear a mask and keep safe distance. Take care,” Neetu Kapoor wrote in a post announcing the news.
