FMGE 2020 online application process: The online registration for Foreign Medical Graduate Examination 2020 (FMGE) has commenced from today i.e. July 8. The application process for the June 2020 edition will end on July 22. Interested students can now submit their online application forms.
The announcement related to the beginning of the online application process of FMGE 2020 was made on the official website of NBE i.e. natboard.edu.in. Candidates who want further details about the exam can visit the website for details.
The official notification released by NBE says, “Application form for FMGE June 2020 session can be submitted only online at www.nbe.edu.in from 8th July (3 PM onwards) to 22nd July 2020 (till 11:55 PM).”
The FMGE 2020 exam is being conducted by the National Board of Examinations (NBE) and all the important exam related information will be uploaded on their official website.
FMGE 2020: Eligibility Criteria
According to the official notice, Indian Citizen/Overseas citizen of India possessing a primary medical qualification awarded by any medical institution outside India who is desirous of getting provisional or permanent registration with Medical Council of India or State Medical Councils can apply for the FMGE 2020 online.
The notice also reads, “National Board of Examinations shall conduct the next FMGE on 31st August 2020 on a Computer-Based Platform at various test centres across the country.”

FMGE 2020: Other details
Every year, FMGE exam is held by the NBE and is held in two sessions, June session and December session. The June session of the exam had to postponed this year in the wake of the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic and the nationwide lockdown.
