What the Scorecard Shows?
The FMGE scorecard shows essential details which you need for your upcoming processes:
- Your roll number
- Your application identification number
- Your total marks achieved which were calculated out of 300
- Your pass or fail results
- Your marks in each section (if available)
Candidates need to obtain 150 marks which represents 50 percent of the 300 total marks as minimum requirement to pass the FMGE examination which has been the standard qualification requirement throughout the years.

The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences, also called NBEMS, has released the FMGE December 2025 results on January 29, 2026. The exam was held on January 17, 2026. This year 43,933 students appeared for the test. Out of them, 10,264 students passed the exam. A total of 32,604 students did not pass. Around 1,061 students were absent on exam day. The results of 4 students have been kept on hold.
