Former Union minister Killi Kruparani quits Congress, joins YSRCP

Vijayawada: Former Union minister and senior Congress party leader Killi Kruparani on Thursday joined YSRCP in the presence of the party chief Y S Jaganmohan Reddy at the party office in Hyderabad.

Film actor Narne Srinivasa Rao whos is Junior NTR’s father-in-law also joined Jaganmohan Reddy’ party. Jaganmohan asked both of them to work for the party’s victory in the elections.

Killi Kruparani said Jaganmohan has set the agenda for the state while in the opposition and made CM Chandrababu Naidu to implement it.

Kruparani was inducted into the 15th Lok Sabha and Manmohan Singh’s cabinet as Minister of State, Communications and Information Technology. She was also a Member of the Committee on Health and Family Welfare and also Consultative Committee, Ministry of External Affairs and Member/
