GATE Admit Card 2022 update: IIT Kharagpur, the exam conducting body for Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering or GATE 2022, is all set to release its Admit Card 2022 tomorrow, January 7.
Once released, candidates will be able to download the Admit Card 2022 from the official website – gate.iitkgp.ac.in.
GATE Admit Card 2022: Steps to download online
- Step 1: Visit the official website – gate.iitkgp.ac.in.
- Step 2: Go to Admit Card 2022 option [link not yet active].
- Step 3: Enter the Login credentials.
- Step 4: Download Admit Card 2022 and take a printout.
In case of discrepancy in the GATE Admit Card 2022, candidates should immediately contact the exam conducting authority.
GATE Admit Card 2022 consists of the following information.
Registration ID, Roll number, Examination schedule, Examination centre details, Instructions to candidates.
Candidates should note that computer-based test (CBT) will be conducted from February 5 to 13, 2022. It will be conducted in two sessions – the forenoon session will be conducted from 9 am to 12 noon and the afternoon session will be held from 2:30 pm to 5:30 pm.
GATE Admit Card 2022: Check items prohibited at the exam hall
Mobile phones, pagers, etc. are not allowed inside the examination Hall. Candidates who are found to possess Mobile or Cellular Phones, Pager and other unauthorized electronic gadgets after commencement of the examination, whether in use or not, will be deemed to be using unfair means and would be liable to disciplinary action as deemed fit, including ban from future examinations conducted by exam conducting authority. Their candidate will also be cancelled for the examination.
Candidates are advised not to bring any valuables/costly items in the Examination Halls as safe keeping of the same cannot be assured.
