Gold and Silver Price Today On March 26 2024: On the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX), the prices of both gold and silver went down on Tuesday, March 26, 2024.
Gold futures that would expire on April 5, 2024, were selling on the MCX for Rs 65,919 per 10 grams. This was Rs 103 less than the previous close, or 0.16 percent.
Silver futures that come due on May 3, 2024, dropped by Rs 140, or 0.19 percent. They were now selling for Rs 74,783 per kg on the MCX, down from Rs 74,923 at the previous close.

Tuesday, gold prices were mostly stable as investors waited for U.S. inflation data that was due later this week. This data could help them figure out when the Federal Reserve will lower interest rates for the first time this year.
Spot gold was worth $2,170.59 an ounce at 03:10 GMT, while U.S. gold futures were worth $2,171.20, down 0.2%.
Spot silver prices dropped 0.2% to $24.63 an ounce, along with other metals.
