Hyundai Bayon Teased: Hyundai Motor India has shared a new set of teasers for the upcoming Bayon SUV. These clips focus on the outer look before it goes on sale in India. In the newest teaser, you can spot the LED lights, the alloy wheels, and details at the back. Earlier sketches had already shown parts of the cabin.
The Bayon is meant to add another SUV to Hyundai’s lineup in India. It is expected to sit between the Venue and the Creta. Hyundai says it will come during the festive stretch. The company also points to a market launch around October 2026.

This time, the teasers point out Hyundai’s updated H-Edge lighting setup. Up front, the SUV uses thin LED daytime running lights shaped like an upside down L. The main headlamp sections seem mounted lower on the bumper. They also appear in a split lighting layout.
Earlier sketches from Hyundai highlighted a creased bonnet and bold fenders. There are also sharp lines along the body and thicker parts near the lower section. Hyundai links this look to its changing “Art of Steel” styling idea.
At the back, the teaser shows slim LED tail lamps. They follow a similar geometric pattern. You also get wheel-arch cladding that stands out, plus roof rails. All of that gives the Bayon a tougher crossover vibe.
The alloy wheels shown in the teaser have a sharp geometric layout. Some reports suggest the India model may use 17-inch dual-tone alloys. Hyundai has not confirmed the full wheel details by trim yet.

The powertrain is still the main open point. Recent updates say the India model could get a 1.5-litre petrol unit with no turbo. The reports also point to two transmission options: a manual and a CVT. There is also talk that Hyundai may fit a CNG setup from the factory.
If Hyundai does offer CNG on the final car, the Bayon could appeal to buyers who want a bigger SUV than the usual sub-4-metre class, but still want a factory CNG powertrain.
Expected Price In India
The Bayon is likely to land between ₹9 lakh and ₹14 lakh on an ex-showroom basis. The exact figure is expected to be shared nearer to launch.
It is also likely to sit between the Venue and the Creta. That slot may suit people who want a more premium feel than a sub-4-metre SUV, without stepping straight into Creta territory.
