IIT UCEED 2021: The application process for the Undergraduate Common Entrance Exam for Design or UCEED 2021 opened by the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay (IIT Bombay). Candidates who have qualified Class 12 exam in 2020 or are appearing in 2021 from any stream can apply for the exam.
The registration link for UCEED 2021 is now available on the official portal at uceed.iitb.ac.in.
Not only IIT Bombay, but IIT Guwahati, IIT Hyderabad, and IIITDM Jabalpur also run the Bachelor of Design (BDes) programme. The UCEED-CEED Implementation Committee 2021 along with IIT Bombay will hold the entrance exam.
UCEED 2020: Steps To Apply
- Visit the official website and download the UCEED 2021 Information Brochure to check the eligibility criteria, documents required, registration fee etc.
- Register yourself by creating an account with the IITB external user registration portal.
- Then, click on the Login button to enter the UCEED 2021 portal.
Eligibility:
Both Foreign and Indian Nationals can apply for UCEED 2020.
Once a candidate clears the exam, they will have to separately apply for BDes admissions.
The last date to apply for UCEED 2021 is October 10. If you miss the deadline, then you can apply until October 17 with a fine of Rs 500 for submitting a late application.
“UCEED qualified candidates will have to apply separately for BDes admissions as per the prescribed procedure…through the joint seat allocation process. UCEED 2021 score is valid only for admission to the programmes in the academic year 2021- 2022,” an official statement said.
