Indian Cricketer and former captain of Indian Women’s cricket team, Mithali Raj recently graced the cover of Femina’s July issue.
While most of the people have seen her wearing a jersey on the field, for the magazine shoot Mithali brought out her glam side by donning a dress and teaming it with sports shoes on the latest cover for India’s most influential issue of Femina.
For the magazine shoot, the cricketer dons a mix of sportswear and fashionable outfits. On the cover of the magazine, she is seen wearing a pink and grey dress with a sheer bottom half. Inside the magazine pics, she is seen wearing a regular outfit and teaming it with her sportswear look. With utmost grace, she wears a sports bra and jacket with a skirt.

For the issue of the magazine, she has spoken about the struggles she faced while reaching to the position she is at today. The Padma Shri awardee talks as the influencer for the next generation and described her success at batting, not just the odds but also making runs by the side.

The cricketer is known for smashing the world record for the highest run-scorer in women’s international cricket and she is the only female cricketer to cross 6000 runs mark in women’s ODI.
