The Indian Railways on Wednesday, May 29, began trending on Twitter after it posted a reply full of sass to an app user Anand Kumar who complained about finding “obscene and vulgar ads very frequently appearing on the IRCTC ticket booking app,” and shared screenshots of various advertisements alongside.
In around half an hour, the Twitter account of the Indian Railways Seva – official handle for support to passengers of Indian Railways, came up with a badass reply.
