Jamia Millia Islamia Admission 2020: Jamia Millia Islamia has extended the application dates or timeline for admission to 2020-21 session till May 4, 2020. For both university as well as school students, the admission dates have been extended due to nationwide lockdown until May 3, 2020.

Varsity released a detailed notification and confirms that the online application last date for admission to various courses offered by Jamia Millia Islamia and the school has been extended.

The extension decision comes after MHA guidelines for extended lockdown that ordered closure of all educational institutions in the country.

This is the second extension granted due to coronavirus crisis. Earlier, the online registration for JMI Admission 2020 was extended until April 15, 2020 in view of the nation-wide lockdown announced by the central government due to coronavirus.

From this year, JMI had launched an online admissions website for desired students, who wish to take admission to various programmes being offered by the varsity. Presently, the online admission is going on for all UG, PG, PG Diploma, Advance Diploma, Diploma and MPhil/PhD programmes offered by the university.

Now, candidates can visit the official portals at www.jmi.ac.in and www.jmicoe.in for the application process.

Helpline for COVID-19:

According to the UGC guidelines, Jamia Miriya Islamic University also opened an official COVID-19 helpline for students. The helpline will answer students’ questions about their academic future and other issues related to the lockdown period and the COVID-19 pandemic.

The main goal of the helpline service is to ensure the mental health of students in the ongoing crisis. You can contact the Jamia Admission Helpline through 9836219994, 9838629994.
