Jammu & Kashmir Civil Services 2023: The Jammu and Kashmir Public Service Commission (JKPSC) has announced the preliminary exam date for the JKPSC civil services examination. The Commission has also released the exam schedule for the September and October 2023 examinations. According to the announced date, the JKPSC preliminary civil services examination for 2023 will be administered on October 15. While the Jammu and Kashmir PSC exam dates have been released, the examination session and times will be announced separately at jkpsc.nic.in.

JKPSC in its notice stated that only those candidates who fulfil the eligibility criteria as prescribed for the post should present for the exam. JKPSC added that the candidature of all applicants found to have misrepresented or concealed material facts relevant to their eligibility will be rejected at any stage of the selection procedure.
On September 10, JKPSC will administer the higher education department’s exams for AP commerce, fine arts music and language, industrial chemistry, renewable energy, Dogri, mathematics, and physics. On September 20, 2023, the excise and taxation part 1, part 2, and part 3 department examinations will be administered.
The preliminary civil judge (junior division) munsiff examinations will take place on October 8. On October 22, the majority of other exams at the Government College of Engineering and Technology, including AP applied sciences and humanities, mathematics, bio medical engineering, biotechnology engineering, and food engineering and technology, will be administered.
