JEECUP first round seat allotment 2020 result: The Joint Entrance Examination Council, Uttar Pradesh (JEECUP) would be releasing the first allotment list for admission to UP-based engineering colleges today at 6 PM. Candidates can check their result at jeecup.nic.in.
The seats will be allotted on the basis of the choice of course and college selected by candidates in counselling round and marks secured in the Uttar Pradesh Joint Entrance Examination (UPJEE).
As per the official notice, a total of three rounds would be held for the JEECUP Seat Allotment process, from which, the first counselling round for JEECUP 2020 will be conducted exclusively for UP State qualified candidates only. The 2nd counselling round would be open for all the candidates who have cleared the entrance exam.

- A new page will appear on the display screen
- Key in your credentials and login
- The JEECUP first round seat allotment result will be displayed on the screen
- Download the results and take its print out for future use.
Students who seek to accept the seat allotted can freeze it by paying a fee of Rs 3000. Otherwise, they can float the allotted seat and wait for the next round. All those who accept the seat have to undergo document verification and admission will be allotted thereafter, according to the rules.
There will be six rounds of counselling, if any seat is still left vacant, mop-up rounds will be conducted.
