Kalashtami 2022: According to the Hindi calendar, Kalashtami is celebrated every month on the Ashtami of Krishna Paksha. Thus, Kalashtami is on 23 February in the month of Falgun.
On this day, the angry form of Lord Shiva, Kaal Bhairav Dev is worshiped. The people of Aghori society celebrate Kalashtami as a festival.
It is said that Tantric seekers do magic on the night of Kalashtami other than Gupt Navratri. The accomplishment of seekers who learn tantra mantra on Kaalratri is fulfilled.
It is a religious belief that by observing Kalashtami rituals, sorrow, poverty, time and trouble are removed from the life of the fast.

Kalashtami Significance:
On this day, special worship is organized in pagodas and monasteries, in which Kaal Bhairav Dev is invoked in the form of Lord Shiva.
Special worship is done especially in the Mahakaleshwar temple located in Ujjain. Simultaneously, Mahabhasma Aarti is performed.
Whereas the worshipers of Shiva worship him in their homes and wish him fame, fame, happiness and prosperity.
Kalashtami Puja Method:
On this day, get up early in the morning at Brahma Muhurta and clean the house. After this, take a bath and meditate and take a vow.
For this, pray with holy water. Now first of all do Jalabhishek of Sun God. After this, worship Lord Shiva with great power and devotion.
Worship Kaal Bhairav Dev in the form of Lord Shiva with Panchamrit, milk, curd, bilva leaves, datura, fruits, flowers, incense-lamps etc.
In the end, do aarti and say your wishes to the Lord. Keep fast during the day. Whereas in the evening after the Aarti Archana, eat fruit.
On the next day, break the fast after worshiping like regular days.
