Karnataka KCET Results 2020: Karnataka Examination Authority, KEA will release the KCET 2020 Results on August 20, 2020, on the official website. The development has been confirmed by the Deputy Chief Minister of the state Dr Ashwathnarayan C.N. The results will be available at cetonline.karnataka.gov.in.
The exam was held on July 30, 31 across the state after the High Court dismissed a plea seeking a postponement. KCET exam was conducted in 75 new centres across the state.
For good results, the Deputy Chief Minister’s tweeted, “#KCET results will be announced on August 20. My best wishes to all the students”.

The answer keys of KCET 2020 were uploaded on the website on August 4, 2020, by the Examination Authority. Students could check their answers between August 4 and August 8, 2020. They were also provided a chance to raise objections against the answer key till August 8.
The exam was held in two shifts- from 10.30 AM to 11.50 AM and from 2.30 PM to 3.50 PM for four subjects namely Biology, Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry. Each subject will be for 60 marks. On August 1, the Kannada language test was conducted.
Keeping student’s safety as a priority in view of the coronavirus pandemic, special arrangements were made for students who were COVID-19 positive but were willing to take the CET exam.
Special COVID Care Centres in districts had been identified by the Deputy Commissioners as the centre where the exam was conducted for COVID19 positive students.
Students coming from Containment zones had also been permitted to take exam by showing their hall ticket along with parents. The forces deployed at the containment zones were informed and trained about the provision.
