Kartik Aaryan tests COVID-19 positive a day after walking for Manish Malhotra in Lakme Fashion Week

Bollywood actor Kartik Aaryan has tested positive for the novel coronavirus a day after walking for Manish Malhotra in Lakme Fashion Week.

The Luka Chupi actor took to Instagram and shared a picture of a first aid medical sign, writing, “I am positive. Pray for me.”

Kartik on March 20 walked on the ramp for designer Manish Malhotra at the Lakme Fashion Week. Along with the actor, Kiara Advani also walked on the ramp. He shared pictures from the fashion show and wrote, “A walk down Magic Lane! Always feels surreal to walk for the genius @manishmalhotra05.”

The actor was also shooting for “Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2” with Advani and Tabu, who joined the crew on March 15. Aaryan began his portions for the horror-comedy earlier in March in Manali, Himachal Pradesh.

Meanwhile, Mumbai reported 3,779 fresh COVID-19 cases on Sunday, taking the overall tally to 3,62,675. The death toll surged to 11,586.
