Keerthy Suresh, who was last seen in Penguin, is likely to be paired opposite Prabhas in his upcoming magnum opus Adipurush. The project, which is tipped to be an adaptation of Ramayana, will be made in 3D.
The National Award winner, Suresh has been approached to play the role of Sita while Prabhas will be seen as Lord Rama. However, there is no official word regarding the same yet from the makers of Adipurush. Talking about Keerthy’s work front, she will be seen in number of big projects like Sarkaru Vaari Paata in which she will be romancing superstar Mahesh Babu.
Sharing the poster of his upcoming mythological film, Prabhas wrote, ‘Celebrating the victory of good over evil.’
The film will be shot 3D and will be releasing in several languages including Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, and a few foreign languages.
Adipurush will be Prabhas’s third film with Bhushan Kumar after Saaho and Radhe Shyam and his first film with the director Om Raut, who recently directed Ajay Devgn and Saif Ali Khan starrer, Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior.
The film produced by Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar, Om Raut, Prasad Sutar, and Rajesh Nair is currently in the pre-production stage and is expected to hit the screen in 2021 and hit the marquee with a massive release in 2022.
