“Zorawar and I have decided to separate ways amicably. This has not been an easy decision by any means, but we are confident that it is the correct one for us at this point in our lives. The love and life we have shared together continue to be of the utmost importance to us, but our current desires do not align. “We gave it our all until we could give no more,” read the note from Kusha.
After several years of dating, the couple tied the knot in 2017.
Kusha elaborated on the difficult decision and how heartbreaking it was for the relationship to terminate. “The end of a relationship is devastating, and it has been a trying time for us and our families. Thankfully, we have had some time to comprehend this, but what we created and shared for over a decade was a failure. We still require a great deal of time and rehabilitation to enter the subsequent phase of our lives. Our current priority is to get through this period with mutual affection, respect, and support,” she added.
The previous slide discussed their decision to co-parent their companion, Maya. “We will continue co-parenting Maya, the joy of our lives. The note concluded, “And continue to be each other’s cheerleaders and pillars of support.”
While the announcement came as a surprise to many, numerous Reddit gossip threads had been discussing the split for quite some time. The Selfiee actress is also moving to Mumbai to pursue acting full-time, whereas Zorawar is likely to remain in New Delhi.
In 2019, Kusha transitioned from being a content creator to moderating and then acting. The 33-year-old actor has appeared in cameo roles in numerous television programmes and films, including Ghost Stories, Masaba Masaba 2, Selfie, and Plan A Plan B.
