Madhya Pradesh: Kamal Nath govt introduces a week off for policemen

Ahead of Madhya Pradesh polls, Congress Central Election Committee has declared 80 candidates in the first list.  Assembly polls in the state will be held on November 28 for the 230 constituencies. The counting of votes will be done on December 11.

As per the sources, Congress is only looking for potential candidates and pertaining to which, Congress has finalised only 80 candidates till now. Also, it is expected that new faces would also get a chance this time. State Congress chief Kamal Nath has stated that Congress will come in power and anti-incumbency is totally evident in the state.

Young Congress leaders like Jyotiraditya Scindia and Jitu Patwari are very vocal on issues related to state and aggressively taking part in campaigning for Congress in Madhya Pradesh.
