A 42-year-old man was arrested on Saturday on charge of sexually assaulting his housemaid several time and threatening to make her viral on social after filming the act.
Going by the reports, the victim who belongs to schedule caste community was working as a housemaid for accused Ravi for past seven years. In her complaint registered with police, the woman alleged that Ravi not only sexually assaulted her but physically abused her as well. He even used to administer sleeping pills to her following which he used to sexually assault her and then film the act.
The complainant further alleged that Ravi threatened her to put the video online if he resister his sexual advance. What’s worse is that the victim recently had to undergo abortion after Ravi impregnated her.
Based on her complaint, the accused was arrested and remanded in judicial custody.
