Galen Law-Kun is a PwC FinTech and Crypto Team member, focusing on Global Crypto Initiatives. Galen is a speaker at Seminars, University Lectures, and FinTech conferences on Crypto Institutional Trends, Security Token Offerings (STOs), NFTs, and Decentralised Finance (Defi). He has a Bachelor of Business from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
Galen is a project manager on many key Crypto Clients and has been involved in numerous FinTech and Crypto Engagements.
It includes the world’s leading Crypto Exchanges, Crypto Funds, Token Issuers, and a broad range of clients from Regulators to Financial Institutions. Galen has been awarded academic and industry awards as a part of his work at PwC and in the wider community. He has been awarded the PwC Game Changer Award due to his contribution to the PwC Crypto Team. He is appointed mentor for the Hong Kong Government Cyberport Incubator Program; Galen is currently serving a three-year term providing mentorship, seminars, training, and participating in FinTech & Blockchain projects committees. He is a mentor for Animoca x Brinc NFT Accelerator, a collaboration between Asia’s top blockchain game developers and investors.
Before joining PwC, Galen co-founded Double Peak Group, a family office specializing in Digital Assets, and Velcron Limited, which focused on State-Channel research on Ethereum for decentralized Crypto Exchanges. His collaborative work on Velcron’s State-Channel Protocol resulted in a successful entry into the Hong Kong Cyberport Creative Micro Fund. He was one of the winners out of 20+ Teams for the HK Cyberport x Stanford Graduate School of Business CUPP Program.
