MHADA Lottery Results 2025: The Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (MHADA) announced the results of the MHADA lottery 2025 on October 11. The lottery included 5,354 affordable homes and 77 residential plots under various housing schemes run by its Konkan Housing and Area Development Board. The results were declared at 11 am by Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister Eknath Shinde who also oversees the state’s Housing Ministry.

Homes Across Thane and Vasai and Plots in Sindhudurg
The lottery covered homes located in Thane city and district as well as Vasai in Palghar district. The 77 residential plots were located in Oros (Sindhudurg) and Kulgaon–Badlapur. MHADA received an overwhelming response for this lottery. In total, 1,84,994 people applied for the homes, and 1,58,424 applicants paid the required earnest deposit.
Speaking at the event,Shinde said, “The Mahayuti government in the state was committed to fulfilling late Bal Thackeray’s dream of housing for every Mumbaikar, especially the poor and working class. This dream is being realised through large-scale housing initiatives.” The government has also announced plans to build 30 to 35 lakh new affordable homes in the next five years at a cost of ₹50 lakh crore.

The MHADA lottery included five main categories. These were 20% comprehensive housing scheme with 565 flats, 15% of the Integrated City Housing Scheme covering 3,002 flats, Konkan Board and scattered flats totaling 1,746, and 50% of the affordable housing scheme with 41 flats, in addition to 77 residential plots.

To make the process transparent the MHADA streamed the lottery results live on its YouTube and Facebook pages. Winners will also get SMS notifications on their registered mobile numbers confirming their selection.
