Perhaps the luckiest baby born, this toddler will not have to pay for her flight tickets her entire life! Unbelievable, right! But for the little baby girl born in Cebu Pacific Air flight from Dubai to the Philippines this is the perk of being ‘born midair.’
A Facebook post by co-passenger on the flight narrated the incident and it has since then been shared more than 3,000 times on the Internet in a matter of few hours. The post by Missy Berberabe Umandal which is going viral says, “The lady started having contractions mid-flight, about five hours while going from Dubai to the Philippines. She was set to give birth in October, so this came as a surprise, even to her mother,” “We only heard one semi-loud screech, and a few seconds later, there were tinier, cute screeches, and it was when we knew the baby was born,” Umandal wrote.
The flight was immediately diverted to India to ensure the baby and her mother’s safety, making it 18 hours of travel instead of nine. Umandal said there were no complaints.
Well, since this girl has been lucky to get a lifetime of free air journeys, I am sure she will thank destiny for the rest of her life. She will literally be going places and that too for free!
