Mike Tyson film which was first announced in 2014 is now moving forward, it was a much anticipated film and Jamie Foxx is returning with his another exciting project. Foxx has officially announced that he would be featuring in Mike Tyson’s biopic film. After a wait of nearly six years, the Academy-Award winning actor has revealed that the project is underway.
Foxx also teased some of the details of the film, saying he hopes to depict the “different lives” of the boxing legend.
“We want to show, everybody evolves,” Foxx said. “I think when we lay the layers on Mike Tyson in this story, I think everybody from young and old will be able to understand this man’s journey.”

Jamie Foxx in the love chat revealed that he would be playing the former legendary professional boxer, Mike Tyson in the movie. Tyson is famous for both his professional achievements and personal life. Although he grew to become one of the top boxers at the end of the ’80s, he was bogged down following his heavyweight title loss to Burger Douglas in 1990. He was even found guilty of rape and spent six years in prison. Tyson made headlines in 2003 after announcing bankruptcy and experienced a further setback on the personal front when he lost his four-year-old daughter Exodus in 2009.
