Archie Singh a trans woman is all set to represent India in the Miss international Trans 2021 in Colombia this year. Recalling her experiences for shoots and whatnot, Arche often said that she has been discriminated in ways she can’t fathom to tell.
You are not a woman, you don’t look like a woman, we want a woman who is not trans, and more statements were something were regular for her.
Growing up in a middle-class family, Archie always since the very beginning knew she wanted to be a woman and even said that she is happy her family supported her in every decision she took. At the age of 17, Archie came out in public about being a woman and decided to flaunt it even if people judge her for her choices.
Talking more about before she got into modelling, Archie said that before she was a model she used to do social work. She used to spread awareness about the realities and breaking the stigma of transgender.
Modelling just gave her a platform to update and inform people and one thing led to another and here she is representing india in Miss international Trans 2021.
She moreover said that whenever she used to get rejected it was not because of her skills or her looks but only because she is trans and people are not ready to accept the realities of life, that yes we are a part of the nation too and nothing is wrong with us.
