MPBSE 12th Result 2020 announced: Girls bag top 5 ranks, check pass percentage and toppers list here

MP Board 12th Result 2020: The MP Board 12th result is now available on the official website at mpresults.nic.in. A total of 68.81% students have passed the exam this year.

MP Board 12th Result 2020: Madhya Pradesh Board of Secondary Education (MPBSE)  has finally announced the class 12th results by putting end to the wait of around 9 lakhs who had appeared for the examinations. A total of 68.81% students have passed the exam this year.

The MP Board 12th result is now available on the official website at mpresults.nic.in.

MP Board 12th Result 2020: Pass Percentage

This year, a total of 68.81% students have passed the exam. This year, girls have outscored boys. The pass per cent of boys and girls are 64.66% and 73.4% respectively.

MP Board 12th Result 2020: Toppers

  • This year, the top five ranks are bagged by girls.
  • The toppers are Khushi Singh, Madhulata Silawat, Nikita Patidar, Riyanshi Shakyawar and Nirali Sharma.
  • Kushi Singh has obtained 486 out of 500 to bag first rank in MP Board class 12th exam

MP Board 12th Result 2020: Science toppers

  • Priya Lal and Rinku Bathra have scored 495 out of 500 to become Science stream toppers.

MP Board 12th Result 2020: Commerce topper

  • Mufeel Arwiwala has scored 487 marks out of 500 to become Commerce topper.

MP Board 12th Result 2020: Science (Biology) topper

  • Anushka Gupta has scored 490 out of 500 marks to become science topper in Biology group.

MP Board 12th Result 2020: Overall toppers

  • Priya Lal and Rinku Bathra of MP Board Science (Maths group) stream have scored 495 out of 500. Hence, both of them have scored the highest of all streams to become overall toppers.

For 2020 session, nearly 8.3 lakh students were registered for the MP Board class 12 exam that was slated to be held from March 2 to 31. But, some of the exams that were scheduled between March 20 and 31 were delayed due to Coronavirus outbreak.

MPBSE decided to hold the pending exams from June 9 to 16, only for necessary papers for students to get admission to higher education institutions.

The important papers conducted include higher mathematics, geography, book- keeping and accountancy,crop production and horticulture, biology, economics, business economics, animal husbandry, political science, anatomy physiology and health, still life and design, chemistry, element of science and history of Indian art.

In 2019, 7.5 lakh students had appeared in the MP Board class 12 exam, of which 76.31% students qualify. In 2018, the pass percent was 68% while in 2017 it was 67.8%.
