Former India skipper MS Dhoni was named the captain of Men’s ICC T20I Team of the Decade. The team also includes current India captain Virat Kohli, Rohit Sharma and Jasprit Bumrah.
While Dhoni has been named captain of the illustrious XI, Kohli, Rohit, and Bumrah are the other Indian players to make the cut in the Team of the Decade in the shortest format. The line-up also features a host of other big names from around the world in T20 cricket with the likes of Chris Gayle, AB de Villiers, Aaron Finch, and Lasith Malinga all making the cut.

Rohit and Gayle have been selected as openers in the star-studded line-up. Hitman is the 2nd-highest run-getter in T20Is with 2773 runs in 108 matches including 4 centuries and 15 fifties. Gayle, who is a global T20 superstar, has 1627 runs to his name in 58 matches at an average of over 32 and a strike rate of over 142.
