Mumbai North-West is one of the 17 constituencies in Maharashtra to go on polls in the fourth phase of the Lok Sabha elections 2019 on Monday, April 29. In the 2019 General elections, Shiv Sena has fielded sitting MP Gajanan Chandrakant, while the Congress has given ticket to Sanjay Brijkishorlal Nirupam with ticket.

The Maharashtra Lok Sabha Elections 2019 will take place in Phases 1,2,3 and 4 from April 11 to April 29. While voting in Maharashtra for General Elections will be held on April 11, April 18, April 23 and April 29, the counting of votes will be held on May 23.

Mumbai North-West Lok Sabha constituency comprises of following Vidhan Sabha (legislative assembly) segments: Jogeshwari East, Dindoshi, Goregaon, Versova, Andheri West, Andheri East.

In Phase IV of the voting for the 17th Lok Sabha, elections will take place in 71 Lok Sabha constituencies across 9 states. Voting for this phase will take place on April 29.

The turnout in the last general election in 2014 was more than 66%, up from 45% in 1951 when the first election was held.

The vote count will be taken up simultaneously in the state on May 23 as per the schedule announced by Election Commission.
