Munawar Faruqui’s Response to Elvish Yadav’s Bail:Bigg Boss 17′ winner Munawar Faruqui shared his reaction to Elvish Yadav being granted bail following his alleged involvement in a snake venom case.

In an interview with paparazzi, Faruqui said, “I know how it feels. Good news hai.” (It’s good news). So, I’m happy for Elvish.

Munawar has experienced prison bars, arrests and legal proceedings. After spending over a month in Indore central jail, he was released after being granted bail by the Supreme Court in 2021. After allegedly hurting religious sentiments, he was arrested.

With a bail bond of 50,000, Elvish Yadav, the winner of ‘Bigg Boss OTT 2,’ was granted bail on Friday. As a result of a lawyers’ strike, Yadav’s bail hearing was postponed by one day on Thursday. The court ultimately granted Yadav bail on Friday.

After 5 days of arrest, Elvish Yadav has been granted bail in a snake venom case

Prashant Rathi, who is Elvish Yadav’s lawyer informed the media, “Our arguments in this case was that he was falsely accused and no substance was obtained from him or his friends that violated the NDPS act. The court has granted bail to him [Elvish Yadav] as well as his two friends on two sureties of Rs 50,000 each…”

Elvish Yadav was one of six individuals named in a FIR filed at Noida’s Sector 49 police station on November 3, last year. People for Animals (PFA) filed the complaint. As a result of their investigation into the suspected use of snake venom as a recreational drug at a party that Elvish hosted on March 17, the Noida Police arrested him on March 17.
