Muzaffarpur Shelter Home Case: Court orders 72-hour police remand for accused Madhu and Ashwini

Muzaffarpur: The POCSO Court has given the order for three-day police custody to the Shaista Parveen alias Madhu and the quack Ashwini in the shelter home case on Monday. Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) team has produced the accused amidst high security in the court.

This was the fourth time when CBI has asked for police custody of the accused in the infamous Muzaffarpur Shelter Home case.

CBI team has taken the two key accused of further interrogation to their base office. CBI will produce the accused on December 6 again in the court.

Key accused Brajesh Thakur wife Kumari Asha whose bank account has been put on freeze by the court order, demands that she is having major trouble in daily expenses and therefore her account should be released.

The court has asked CBI lawyer to come prepared next time and given the December 7 as the next date of hearing in this case.
