NBA Playoff Bracket 2024: The NBA regular season and play-in tournament are over. Congratulations to the Boston Celtics, who won the Eastern Conference, and the Oklahoma City Thunder, who won the Western Conference.
Following 82 games, only 16 of the 30 franchises made the cut, eight from the Western and Eastern conferences on each side of the bracket, vying for the Larry O’Brien Trophy.
What is the start date of the NBA Playoffs?
On Friday, April 19, Chicago plays Miami, and Sacramento plays New Orleans in the NBA’s play-in round.
There are four games in the NBA playoffs starting on Saturday, April 20, and the two teams that win Friday night will have to fly to Boston (East) or Oklahoma City (West) to begin the playoffs less than 48 hours later.
How many teams advance to the NBA Playoffs?
The reining Denver Nuggets will try to win their second championship with Jokic, Murray Gordon, Porter, and the rest of the team, while Miami and Jimmy Buttler also qualified for the playoffs, as did the Celtics, Knicks, Bucks, Pacers, Cavaliers, Magic, and the Celtics. OKC, Pelicans, Nuggets, Lakers, Timberwolves, Suns, Clippers, and Dallas Mavericks will be in the Western Conference.

How soon will the NBA Finals begin?
During the NBA Finals, the first game will be played in the arena of the team with the best regular-season record.
The remaining NBA Finals games are: Game 2 June 9, Game 3 June 12, Game 4 June 14, Game 5 June 17, Game 6 June 20, and Game 7 June 23 (games 5-7 if necessary).

On Saturday, April 20, the first round begins, with each series consisting of seven games. The team with the best regular-season record plays games 1, 2, 5 and 7 at home, and games 3, 4 and 6 on the road.
