NEET Result 2020 Live Update: National Testing Agency (NTA) has declared NEET 2020 results today on October 16. Candidates who appeared for the NEET 2020 exam can check their rank through online mode.
NEET 2020 result direct link will be updated on this page as soon as the result is declared. As per reports, NEET 2020 result will be declared before 4 pm on the official website that is ntaneet.nic.in. Also, it should be noted that NTA NEET UG result combined will be announced today.

Step 4. Key in your roll number and date of birth to login
Step 5. Your NEET-UG 2020 Result will be displayed on the screen

NTA NEET 2020 result will be used for admissions to around 80,005 MBBS, 26,949 BDS, 52,720 AYUSH, and 525 BVSc & AH seats across India. This year, admissions to 1205 seats in 15 AIIMS and 2 JIPMER institutes will be included in the All India counselling.
It should be noted that seats under IP quota in all ESIC medical and dental institutes will be merged in the All India quota. More than 317 seats will now be available to students in the All India counselling. Allotments will be on the basis of the NEET results and merit.
The selection will be based on the marks obtained by the candidates in the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test and other qualifications as prescribed by the Medical Council of India.

On the basis of percentile score, NTA prepares the NEET results 2020. Aspirants must note that NEET 2020 percentile means how many candidates have scored more or less than a particular aspirant. NTA defines the percentile rank of NEET result 2020 as, “ the percentage of scores that falls below a given score in a group." A specific formula is applied on the basis of which the NEET percentile score of a candidate is calculated.

NEET 2020 result has been declared with a final answer key but the aspirants are not able to access the result but Allen is still claiming Soyeb Aftab as a topper of NEET 2020 as per the ALLEN he has scored 720 out of 720 marks.
The result link on NEET 2020 UG exam is still showing an error message. Aspirants can enter the credentials but can't access the NEET result 2020 yet.
"Students who couldn't make it, please don't feel disheartened. Opportunities in other sectors are waiting for you. An exam cannot define you. The country needs your intellect and acumen in those sectors," Education Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal 'Nishank 'said on social media.

To be eligible for admission to Undergraduate Medical Courses for a particular academic year in case of General, General-EWS, a minimum of 50 percentile in NEET-UG is required. While, for candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Other Backward Classes, the minimum marks shall be at 40th percentile.
During NTA NEET counselling, the eligibility criteria, self-declaration, various documents, etc. of the eligible candidates is verified as per norms specified by the respective authorities and/or Medical/Dental/Ayurveda/Siddha/Unani/Homeopathy Colleges.

There is no provision for re-checking or re-evaluation of the NEET answer sheets.
The candidates must take note that the NTA has announced the NEET 2020 Result will be released on October 16 but the Agency is yet to notify the official timing of the result declaration. However, as per sources, the NEET UG 2020 Result is expected to be available from 4 pm today.
