In the video, Khan is misbehaving and scolding the old lady who reportedly came to ask for food security card.
People who were present there took strong objection of the MLA behaviour and protested against him.
It is learnt from the sources that Khan is a serial offender and does involve in multiple incidents of misbehaving with people. A complaint was also lodged in this regard recently against him and people have demanded his arrest.
