Whenever a big incident happens, be it a terrorist attack or any other tragedy the thing which makes the way out of them are fake rumours. Though it was not the first time such a thing is happening but this time fans made out a way to get rid of it.
Recently, an old video of SRK was doing rounds on social media that claimed that SRK has donated Rs 45 crore to gas tragedy victims of Pakistan.
Celebrities often become a soft target of these fake news and trolls and superstar Shahrukh Khan, Salman Khan, Amir Khan has always become targets because of their religious identity.
The recent Pulwama attack which has left the country in shock has raised many controversies around it but one thing that remains constant is trolling celebrities.
After the video of SRK vent viral, Shahrukh fans came in support of the actor and started a trend on Twitter, #StopFakeNewsAgainstSRK Fans have criticized the fake video and told that the actor has always made India proud.
This is not the first time an actor has been dragged in such a fake rumour. Earlier also many actors have been victimized because of their religion and SRK being the generous person he has always contributed to social causes without publicizing it. Last year also SRK donated for the Kerala Flood that led to a lot of destruction.
