PM Kisan 22nd Instalment date: The Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana is a government scheme that gives money to farmers every year. Under this scheme eligible farmers receive Rs 6,000 in total. The money is sent directly to their bank accounts.
Instead of giving the amount in one payment the government sends it in three parts during the year. Each instalment is usually Rs 2,000. This system helps farmers receive regular financial support for their farming needs.
But now farmers in one state will receive a higher amount in each instalment. Instead of Rs 2,000 they will get Rs 3,000 every time.

Farmers in Bihar will get Higher Instalments
The increase applies to farmers in Bihar. While presenting the state budget for the coming financial year Bihar Finance Minister Bijendra Yadav made this announcement.
He said that the state government will give extra financial support to farmers under a new programme called the ‘Jannayak Karpoori Thakur Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana’. Because of this additional scheme farmers in Bihar will now receive more money along with the central government benefit.
Earlier farmers received Rs 6,000 in a year through the PM Kisan scheme. Now farmers in Bihar will get a total of Rs 9,000 annually. The amount will still be given in three parts but each instalment will now be Rs 3,000 instead of Rs 2,000.
This change increases the support provided to farmers and is expected to help them manage farming expenses more easily.
When will the Next PM Kisan Instalment Arrive?
Farmers across India are now waiting for the 22nd instalment of the PM Kisan Yojana. According to a Jagran.com report the next payment may be released soon.
Reports say the instalment could be transferred during a government event in Assam. Prime Minister Narendra Modi is expected to attend a ceremony where several development projects will begin.
Assam Minister Urkhao Gwra Brahma said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi will visit Kokrajhar in Assam on March 13. During this event the next instalment of the PM Kisan scheme may be released to eligible farmers across the country.
