The 48-year-old former Bollywood actress Pooja Bedi, recently got engaged to the love of her life, Maneck Contractor. Veteran Bollywood actor Kabir Bedi’s daughter Pooja Bedi and Maneck have been dating for a few years now. And the two decided to take their relationship to the next level.
Pooja Bedi made the big announcement through her column for a national daily, she revealed, “I’m engaged. The love of my life proposed to me in a hot air balloon, hundreds of feet high up in the sky!!!! As he slipped an exquisite ring onto my fingers, my eyes filled with tears.”
She also posted the proposal photographs on Twitter and wrote, “He has literally swept me off my feet… ❤ i accepted Maneck Contractor’s proposal whilst sailing in a hot air balloon ❤

“I got divorced on February 14, 2003, and got engaged on February 14, 2019. I have had relationships in between and my kids have liked every person that I have been with. But it is very different with Maneck – they adore him and want him in our lives forever. Our families have merged beautifully. He has a wonderful open-hearted, jovial, Parsi family, who welcomed me,” Pooja further revealed.
Pooja and Maneck have been dating for a few years now. And the two decided to take their relationship to the next level. Pooja Bedi and Maneck Contractor got engaged in Udaipur and the former Bollywood actress posted a photograph from their engagement on her official Instagram account.

She also mentioned how she reconnected with her childhood friend Maneck Contractor. She said, “Last year, he posted about his new venture in Goa on a chat group, and I went there to review it. That was how we reconnected.”
Meanwhile, the actress is also excited for her daughter Aalia’s Bollywood debut. She’s all set to foray into B-town with Saif Ali Khan’s Jawani Deewani.
