A House Full of Memories

This was not just any flat. Ranbir bought the property in 2016 for about ₹35 crore, and the interiors were designed by Gauri Khan. The home also has a very personal place in his life. Ranbir and Alia Bhatt were married there on April 14 in a small ceremony with close family and friends. Their wedding took place on the balcony of the same house that had often appeared in their social media posts.

Later, Ranbir and Alia moved into their new family home, the Krishna Raj bungalow in Pali Hill, along with their daughter Raha Kapoor. Reports describe it as the Kapoor family’s ancestral home and a very important property for the family. That shift made the old apartment free to be leased out.

Ranbir’s Bigger Property Moves

Ranbir has also been in the news for another property step. Just recently, he reportedly bought a land parcel in Ayodhya’s premium The Sarayu Project for ₹3.31 crore, showing that he is making more real estate moves beyond Mumbai.

On the film side, he is busy too. He will next be seen in Ramayana: Part 1 – The Introduction, directed by Nitesh Tiwari. He also has Love & War with Sanjay Leela Bhansali and the sequel to Animal with Sandeep Reddy Vanga lined up.
