Redmi 12 Launched in Thailand: Redmi 12 is now available in Thailand. The smartphone was featured on the Portuguese version of Xiaomi’s website and was also mentioned in leaks and rumours. The Redmi 12 features a 6.79-inch LCD screen with a centre-aligned cutaway. It has a resolution of FHD+, a refresh rate of 90Hz, and a maximum luminance of 550 nits. The device’s power button incorporates a side-mounted biometric scanner. The smartphone has a compact form factor and three camera sensors without a module on the rear panel.

In terms of imaging, the Redmi 12 is equipped with three rear cameras. The configuration consists of a 50MP primary sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide lens, and a 2MP macro sensor. There is an 8MP front-facing camera.

The Redmi 12 is propelled internally by a MediaTek Helio G88 processor. It comes with up to 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage space. The smartphone is powered by a 5,000 mAh battery that supports 18W quick charging. It operates on Android 13-based MIUI 14 software.

The Redmi 12 is equipped with 4G LTE, WiFi, Bluetooth, NFC, a USB-C connector, and a 3.5mm jack.

The price tag for the Redmi 12 8GB + 128GB variant is TBH 5,299 (CNY 1,010). The prices for 4GB + 128GB and 8GB + 256GB are not disclosed. The device is available in Midnight Black, Sky Blue, and Polar Silver. In Thailand, the device can be purchased from Shopee and Lazada.
