A day of utter importance in the lives of Indians, Republic Day 2021 will mark as the 72nd year of the day where we Indians started revolting against British raj and fought for our rights.
It also marks as the first day when the constitution was adopted in 1950. As the historic republic day parade, which is the showcase of the day- January 26th will begin tomorrow at Rashtrapati Bhavan and end at India Gate, so take a look at the venue, time, route, entry and exit on this day to be better aware.
Republic Day Parade 2021 showcase-
The historic Republic Day Parade will begin from Rashtrapati Bhavan and end at India Gate, the route involves Vijay Chowk via Rajpath, Amar Jawan Jyoti, India Gate Princess palace, Tilak Marg.
The flag will be hoisted 8 Am on Tuesday- January 26th 2021, the parade will begin from 9 am and end at 11:30 am. Timings can differ on the parade lineup and events.

Well due to covid, the scenario of going and seeing the Parade live can be of utter disappointment but don’t worry, you can watch the Republic Day Parade online as well.
An application has been launched by the Defence Ministry of India titled Republic Day Parade 2021, or RDP 2021, which will not only show live performance but also show route and parking spots in the application.
Republic Day important information
- This time only 25,000 people are allowed to see the parade online compared to 150,000 last year.
- As to prevent covid-19 there will be no parade of Gallantry awardees and awardees who have been nominated and earned bravery awards this 72nd Republic Day.
- You would be allowed to watch the parade at Rajpath only if you have invitation card.
