Salman Khan finally speaks on why he hasn't done a film with Deepika Padukone

Salman Khan and Deepika Padukone are currently the reigning superstars in Bollywood. However, till now both of them haven’t worked with each other.

Salman Khan has worked with all the top rated actresses from Bollywood except for Deepika Padukone. The actress was supposed to make her B-town with the Dabangg actor but destiny had a different plan. From the time Deepika entered the industry till now, we haven’t see the duo sharing the screen space. Guess, we will have to wait longer to see them together. Recently, when Salman Khan was quizzed about doing a film with the Padmaavat actress, the actor smiled and told DNA, ” Actually even I’m wondering when will I work with Deepika?” It did not there.

When probed further by the interviewer, the 53-year-old revealed that no one has offered him a film with the actress yet. “Deepika is a big star, so it has to be worth her while to do a film with me. Right now, there is nothing,” the actor said. The wait to see Deepika and Salman in a single frame just got longer, fellas. And while you patiently wait for the day when they decide to do a film together, here’s something that will get you excited.

Towards the end of his conversation with the leading daily, Khan listed down his interesting line up of projects. He said, “In Bharat, Katrina Kaif is my heroine. She will also be my leading lady in the third part of the Tiger series. In Dabangg 3, there’s Sonakshi Sinha. In Sajid Nadiadwala’s Kick 2, I’m paired with Jacqueline Fernandez. So, if something comes up with Deepika, then perhaps…”

Salman exactly knows how to keep his fans happy. And that he has like four big films on the platter, the actor is sure to win everyone’s heart all over again. Don’t you think the same?

Meanwhile, the actor will be next seen in Ali Abbas Zafar’s Bharat alongside Katrina, Nora Fatehi, Disha Patani, Sunil Grover, Jackie Shroff among others. Bharat, which is an adaption of the Korean film, An Ode To My Father, releases on June 5, 2019. As usual, Bharat will be hitting the screens on Eid.

An old video of Salman Khan trashing award shows goes viral, but we agree with him!
