During lockdown due to coronavirus pandemic, online classes are the only way for students to remain in touch with their academic studies. Haryana Education Minister, Kanwar Pal has launched Sampark Baithak App for primary students so that they can easily study at their homes.
After launching the application, the state education minister said that the class 5 curriculum has been made easy and interesting through cartoons and films. He said that this app will surely prove beneficial, especially for the Hindi medium school students.
While explaining about the ‘Sampark Baithak’ mobile app, he said that the application has about 500 videos and audios of various concepts and ideas. Mathematics subject has been explained in a simple way while a lot of stories and poems are available in the Hindi language.
The app will also monitor child performance.
Parents can install this Sampark Baithak application on their smartphones and show their children videos related to the curriculum. In a bid to help children with their studies and make better use of their precious time, the state government launched the app.
He said children can now continue to study during the lockdown and can use worksheets available to practice while their progress is monitored on the app simultaneously, Pal added.
He said that the education department can also monitor the progress of teachers through this application.
Pal also informed that if necessary, all information such as department announcements and necessary data can be shared with everyone through the “Sampark Baithak” mobile app.
