New Delhi: Senior Delhi based cardiologist Upendra Kaul has been summoned by the National Investigative Agency on Friday, August 30, 2019.
Kaul had been critical of the Centre’s action and connectivity restrictions in Jammu and Kashmir while abrogating the Indian Constitution’ Article 370 which granted special status to the state, The New Indian Express reported citing sources. Kaul is also the chairman of Batra Hospital.
Reportedly, Kaul has been summoned for questioning in a 2017 terror funding case.
