Shabana Azmi critically injured in car accident on Mumbai- Pune expressway

Bollywood actor Shabana Azmi injured in a car accident on Mumbai- Pune expressway.

According to the initial information, her car rammed into a truck from behind near Khalapur toll plaza. She is admitted to MGM Hospital in Panvel.

Javed Akhtar was also present in the car, but he is safe. Their vehicle was hit by a truck while they were traveling from Pune to Mumbai.

As per reports, her husband Javed Akhtar was also present along with her in the car.
