Shriya Saran is one of the most popular actresses in the south Indian film industry and a model par excellence. After making her film debut in 2001 with the Telugu film Ishtam, Shriya has not looked back and has grown in popularity.
She rose to prominence when she featured in the Tamil blockbuster Sivaji opposite superstar Rajnikanth in 2007. She also received international acclaim when she was cast in Deepa Mehta’s British-Canadian film Midnight’s Children based on Salman Rushdie’s Booker Prize-winning novel of the same name.
She is best known for her role in Drishyam opposite Ajay Devgn. The film also starrer Ishika Dutta, Tabu in pivotal roles.
